This is a new building with great beach access. We provide free beach service for our guest March - October. You will find reserved on the beach an umbrella and padded chaise lounges with our Reserved sign. This set is for our guest during their stay. We have very comfortable Visco (memory foam) top mattresses on our king beds and pillow tops on our 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. We have a custom tile shower in the master bathroom. There is also a sleeper in the sectional sofa in 505, along with a recliner. We have high dining so you can enjoy the view while eating your meal in the dining area or dine on the table on the large balcony.

We are right on the most beautiful beach in the world. You can enjoy a private sunset from your balcony. There are all the attractions you would expect within a few miles of the condominium.

We request a credit card to hold as your deposit at the time of booking and only charge if there is any damage or excessive cleaning. We ask you to mail a check for payment within a couple of days for the rental.

Cleaning is $85.00 Excessive cleaning is $250 plus any damages. If someone smokes on the balcony on in the condo this is excessive cleaning. There is no smoking on this property inside or out. Condo must be left like it was found the cleaner does linens and standard cleaning. If you make a spill you must clean it up...etc.

Tax is added to the rent at .1211%

If you cancel there is a $50.00 charge if we can rebook at full price. If you cancel within 30 days and we cannot book we will keep the full amount unless we can rebook. If we have to rent at a discount you will be refunded the difference minus $50.00.
