We have a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa that makes for a quite place to curl up with your favorite book or private enough for a 3rd bedroom. A concrete patio located off the sunroom is completely enclosed by a 6' wood privacy fence. So, you can relax in your very own tropical paradise. It comes complete with patio furniture, large umbrella, and an arbor! You'll enjoy socializing with friends and family.

With the beach access only steps away, you'll be on the beautiful white sandy beach in seconds...grab a towel and you're there! After soaking up the sun and playing in the clear blue water you can head back to your vacation getaway and rinse off the sand in the private outside shower.

Pier Park is Panama City Beach’s newest retail mall and is located a few miles to the east. Pier Park is approximately 1.1 million square foot open-air regional lifestyle center, bringing unique shopping, tourist attractions and dining to the Panama City Beach area. Located on Front Beach road in the heart of Panama City Beach, Pier Park is ideally located to serve the community.
