None of the information contained in any WPM web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Property Owners - If the operators of WPM are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither WPM or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. WPM does not guarantee that the WPM web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Bay County, Florida, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Bay County, Florida, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

NOTICE TO OWNERS - Membership Cancellation Policy
WPM listings run as long as all agreements are being satisfied by both WPM and you. Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance. WPM has the right to cancel any member at their own discretion.

If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the WPM listing and reactivate it at a future date.

If you sell your property, you can transfer your WPM listing to the new property owner.

Warning to potential purchasers and sellers of WPM listings (we're talking about the sale of the listing, not the sale of the property - you can of course offer to sell your property): Since a property owner can create a new listing of their own at anytime, WPM does NOT endorse or approve of the sale or bartering of the WPM listing unless the property being advertised is also sold to the same party. Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Please do not offer to sell or purchase a WPM listing without transferring the property at the same time.

WPM listings are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. If you sell your property and purchase a new property in the same city/location, then the you may modify your listing to advertise the new property (there may be a fee to update the photos.) However, if you sell your property and purchase a new property in a new location, then you will need to create a new listing. Once a listing is online, the location cannot be modified.

We Price Match reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the WPM web site, it becomes the property of WPM and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the WPM web site without written permission.
