Accommodations:
This Condo is individually owned. Our condominium is uniquely furnished and fully equipped. Our spacious 1500 square foot condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico

Pet/Smoking Policy:
Please - No Pets and No smoking in condo.

Minimum Length of Stay:
A seven-night minimum is required.

Reservation Deposit:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card deposits can be made as well.

Cancellation and Deposit Refund:
Deposit is refundable (less a $50 cancellation charge) up to 45 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival forfeit the entire deposit unless optional travel insurance has been purchased.

Security Deposit
Guests are asked to provide a VISA, Master card, or Discover credit card information for a security deposit. This deposit is required in addition to the rent, and secures the completion and terms of the rental. It may also be used for the replacement or repairs for damage to the property or any of its contents due to misuse, negligence, misconduct or other action on the guest's part. We may hold the deposit for as long as 15 days following your departure for processing.


Rental Payment:
30 days prior to the arrival date. All payments must be made in US funds. Travelers checks, cash, money orders, Visa, Master Card or Discover credit cards are accepted. Proper identification is required by Florida Law.

Check-In:
Please check in at our Management Company's office to obtain keys and parking pass. It is located just north of the condo at: Florida Lifestyle, 19713 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, Florida. If you are arriving after 5:00 PM or on a Sunday, please call for instructions at the phone numbers below. No personal checks will be accepted at check in and no keys will be provided for any reservations not paid in full.

Occupancy
The number of guests stated on the reservation is the maximum number, including all children and infants, who may occupy this property. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request).

Check-Out:
Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. Additional charge for late checkout. Arrangements must be made, based on availability, for late checkout.

Key Deposit:
No key deposit is required. There is a $50 (plus tax) charge for each lost key. There is a $25 charge for after office hours lockouts.

Telephone:
The phone number in our condo is (727) 596-9746 and there is no charge for local calls. Long distance calls require a Calling Card. High speed Internet is available by the day or for the entire week, contact Florida lifestyle for more information. Fax and copying services are also available at the Florida Lifestyle Management Office.

Housekeeping Service:
One setup of linen and towels is provided at arrival and will be changed every seven days. Extra linen and towels are available at the Management Office for a fee. Extra trash bags are available at no additional charge.

Laundry Facilities:
Laundry facilities, washer and dryer, are free of charge and located in the unit for your convenience. Laundry soap and other amenities can be purchased at the local store or from the management company.

Trash Removal:
Trash should be removed from the condo on a daily basis. Trash chutes are located on each floor by the elevator.

Maintenance Service:
Please report any maintenance needs to the Management Company Florida lifestyle. Routine maintenance requests are completed between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After office hours emergency phone number is posted next to the Management Office door.

Pool Rules:
Please abide by the rules posted in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No floats or belly boards are allowed in the pool. All persons, regardless of age, must wear a bathing suit. Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. Stereos, radios or televisions are not allowed unless used with earphones. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.

Day Guests:
Day guests are permitted to visit. All guests must register in the Management Office. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed without notice.

Parking:
One assigned parking permit is provided for each condominium. This is covered parking under the building. Please hang parking permit on rear view mirror. One additional parking permit is available upon request and subject to availability. The Police Department is located in the Town Hall, one half mile north of the condo on Gulf Blvd. Boats, trailers and other watercrafts are not permitted. Local marinas offer short and long term storage. Vehicles without parking permits will be towed at owner's expense without notice.
