Palazzo is a 1 1/2 year old condominium on the most beautiful beaches. You can be one of the first guest in our amazing condo. Two king bedrooms, bunk room with twin over full, two full bathrooms, master bath with dressing room and large walk in closet.
We are so excited about this condominium with this large private balcony. You will never forget this amazing condo.
All our condos are non smoking.
King Bed (2) : 2 plush king beds, one in each bedroom
Bunk Bed: twin over full bunk. nice thick mattresses
Crib: pack and play available. bring your own sheets
Balcony: We have about the largest balcony on the beach 829 square feet. We have a large dining table, 2 chaise lounges, bench by the beach, sleeping daybed and hammock. These items will have to be bought in and out by renter. Because we are on the lobby level we share the extra tall 12 foot high ceilings. You will really feel like you have had a one of a kind vacation.

Cleaning fee is additional. Excessive cleaning is $250 plus any damages. If someone smokes on the balcony on in the condo this is excessive cleaning. There is no smoking on this property inside or out. Condo must be left like it was found the cleaner does linens and standard cleaning. If you make a spill you must clean it up...etc.

Tax is added to the rent at .1211%

If you cancel there is a $50.00 charge if we can rebook at full price. If you cancel within 30 days and we cannot book we will keep the full amount unless we can rebook. If we have to rent at a discount you will be refunded the difference minus $50.00.
