' CHECK OUT TIME 10:00 AM unless we have agreed to a different time. Please let us know if you will be leaving early so our cleaner can come in earlier.
' CHECK IN TIME 4:00 PM unless we have made arrangements. The cleaner must have time to get the room ready for you. If you arrive on the property early you can go to the pool or beach but please allow the cleaner her time, if you go in and rush her it may not get as clean as needed.
' Parking passes are required to be visible on our car at all times or you could be towed at your expense
' We have pool passes that are required to be worn during your stay. Ocean Villa plans to have a coded lock on the pool gates sometime during 2008. If you see someone on the property who doesn't belong please call us and we will see about having the management remove them from the property. If someone is causing trouble please let us know.

We request a credit card to hold as your deposit at the time of booking and only charge if there is any damage or excessive cleaning. We ask you to mail a check for payment within a couple of days for the rental.

Cleaning fee is additional. Excessive cleaning is $250 plus any damages. If someone smokes on the balcony on in the condo this is excessive cleaning. There is no smoking on this property inside or out. Condo must be left like it was found the cleaner does linens and standard cleaning. If you make a spill you must clean it up...etc.

Tax is added at .1211%

If you cancel there is a $50.00 charge if we can rebook at full price. If you cancel within 30 days and we cannot book we will keep the full amount unless we can rebook. If we have to rent at a discount you will be refunded the difference minus $50.00.
