' Queen over queen bunks are in 2nd bedroom. Only small children on the top bunks 300 lbs. total or under 100 lb. small adult, bottom okay for average size adults. NO JUMPING ON BUNKS.

' Kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances.
' Full size washer and full size dryer Please do not put sandy items in dryer, only for washed clothes.
' Eat at bars will seat 4, plus small table in 2002E.

' Extra large balcony in 2002E will have 2 large dining tables plus chaise lounges. Nothing can be hung on balcony rails. (Felony in FL to throw items from balcony)

We request a credit card to hold as your deposit at the time of booking and only charge if there is any damage or excessive cleaning. We ask you to mail a check for payment within a couple of days for the rental.

Cleaning is additional. Excessive cleaning is $250 plus any damages. If someone smokes on the balcony on in the condo this is excessive cleaning. There is no smoking on this property inside or out. Condo must be left like it was found the cleaner does linens and standard cleaning. If you make a spill you must clean it up...etc.

Tax is added at .1211%

If you cancel there is a $50.00 charge if we can rebook at full price. If you cancel within 30 days and we cannot book we will keep the full amount unless we can rebook. If we have to rent at a discount you will be refunded the difference minus $50.00.
