For reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in length an advance deposit equal to one (1) night rent, taxes and fees is required per unit at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent, taxes and fees due. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a fully refundable security deposit of $200 due at the time of booking.

There is a $50 standard cancellation fee for all AgapeVacationToGo bookings, in addition to any owner specific cancellation fees, once a booking has been finalized.

Cancellations and changes that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advance deposit less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within fourteen (14) days of the check-in date will forfeit one (1) night rent, taxes and fees. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a one hundred twenty (120) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the security deposit less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within one hundred twenty (120) days of the check-in date forfeit the full security deposit
