$50 (optional) Resident ID cards good for 2 people are due when lease is mailed. This card entitles you to all the amenities of a resident in The Villages including free golf on 24 executive courses ($3.50 cart path fee extra), reduced rates on all the championship golf courses (9 courses), access to many recreation centers, pools and a private residents club and restaurant with nightly dining and entertainment.
