The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a bathroom with a garden bath tub, and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room sofa opens up into a queen size sofa bed.

Pier Park is only minutes away from Splash. You can enjoy a wonderful shopping and dining experience. Also located in Pier Park is a 16 Grand Movie Theater. On site Alvin's Island a grocery store.

Two swimming pools, a lazy river, indoor water park, Jacuzzi, arcade with a mini bowling alley and a state of the arts fitness center, and of course the crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast.

Reservation deposit of $300.00 is required to hold your reservation.

If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your reservation deposit will be returned, minus a $50.00 service fee.
Cancellations between 31 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the reservation deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less from check-in, you will forfeit your entire funds unless the unit can be rebooked at the same rate.
