Why should you stay in Unit 2203 ' East Tower (Tower #1)?
1. PARKING SPOT DIRECTLY BELOW THE BUILDING!
Only a handful of these units come with a designated parking spot directly below the building. If you have ever had to walk all the way over to the building from the parking garage, you know how valuable this spot is! If you don't select this unit, please make sure to take the elevators all the way down to the garage so you can see what you are missing. :)
2. 60' LCD TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM
These units require televisions that are much smaller, but we believe that you should have the best while on vacation!
3. MURPHY BED (QUEEN-SIZED) IN LIVING ROOM
This is a bed that folds down from the wall in the living area; these are much more comfortable than sleeper sofas! This bed is as comfortable as a regular bed, unlike the sleeper sofas that you'll find in all of the other units.
4. CLEAN LEATHER FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM
Leather is much easier to clean, and it is a must in these rental units on the beach!
5. WIFI! Many units have Internet access, but most don't have wireless Internet.
6. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - If you have a problem, you can deal with the experts at ResortQuest (the management company), not an owner who you can't find in some other part of the country! We always book our discounted guests through ResortQuest so you have someone to go to 24/7 in case there are problems. Other units won't offer this important benefit.
This is a non-smoking unit on the 22nd floor. There is a 3 night minimum. No pets, please. :) Also, check-in for this unit will actually occur at Tidewater Beach (about 1/3 of a mile west of Calypso). |
