Great location with 5 bedrooms one is a bunk house just added and we added 2 kids lofts yet to come ...kids love it... and 3 baths, set up for up to 28-30 overnight guests up to approx with a few extra air mattress also, a fun party room with disco lights that go to the music and a large yard with a awesome view. Need more room? add the mini lodge down for your use also with a few couches and is very cool (kinda rustic) but very cool see property 90 on this site or the travel trailer property 76 sleeps up to 12 with slide out, and is about per night extra see on this site a few tents are allowed up near the east side of the house or down by water.

Just over 4000 sq feet of house and plenty of room in the yard with a badminton set included. You will love the view and the privacy with the access to the water and your proximity to the well sought of town of Grand Haven, Spring Lake and all the beaches of Lake Michigan. Your very close to the beach 3 of them within 5 minutes however your not going to want to swim at this location not very sandy, but just float out to the middle of the bayou that it sits on and jump in...

This is located also just off the highway for easy on and easy off and you can see this location and bayou from 31 northbound. Couple this with property #70 that sleeps 14 and you can have a very nice family reunion at this location.
