Cancellation Policies: A full refund of the deposit will be given due to a cancellation if a cancellation notice is received at least 60 days before your arrival date. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 to 60 days before your arrival date and the owner is able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before your arrival date. Owners reserve the right to cancel this rental agreement no later than 60 days before the Arrival date listed below. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation. |
