A Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 within 7 days of booking (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). The deposit will be refunded in full, within 14 days after departure provided the following conditions have been met: 1) there has been no loss, damage, or non-qualifying cancellations per the cancellation policy and procedures stated in this document, and 2) departure requirements must also be followed (see Departure Requirements below) 3) No additional guests over maximum

In the event that damages exceed the amount of the deposit, I will forfeit my deposit, the credit card on file will be charged with the amount of the damages and I will be supplied with a detailed invoice of all charges.

A signed contract along with your security/reservation deposit is required to hold a reservation. Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
