The Inn at St Thomas Square on Panama City Beach is a truly unique vacation destination. The Inn is located just across the street from one of the world's most beautiful beaches and sits along the magnificent Grand Lagoon. The Villas and Plaza are not your typical busy, crowded high-rise condominium. It is actually European-style with all the comforts of home set in a quaint, relaxing atmosphere. The Inn is one of only a few locations with a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. Bring your boat, jet ski, skull or wave runner or rent one while you are here and have the convenience of place to dock them. Grand Lagoon will give you easy access to St. Andrews Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and Shell Island.

There are several floor plans to choose from that accommodate 2 to 8 people. If you are traveling as a couple, a family or a group (rowers, triathletes, baseball, softball, cheerleaders, divers, bikers, and the list goes on) or if you are in need of conference rooms for small group meetings, we have rentals to fit every budget. All Villa and Plaza units have fully equipped kitchens and all but the studios have a washer and dryer.

A two night minimum stay is required; holiday weekends require a three night minimum.

Though The Inn is across the street from the beach, it only takes a minute to walk across the street to the open sugar white sands for a fun-filled day in the sun. We are within walking distance to the world's largest beachfront club, Club LaVela, as well as the Spinnaker, Emerald Falls Family Entertainment and Hammer Head Fred's. Other nearby attractions are Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Pompano's (famous sushi & seafood), Angelo's Steak House (Home of the largest steer), Hooks (best know for watching the boats unload daily fresh catch, catering to those little ones), the Treasure Ship and so much more. There is a Mexican bar and grill on the property, a hair and nail salon, and the Panama City Beach Winery. The Winery Gift Shop has a large selection of the best Florida citrus wines available with daily wine tastings (our top pick is the 'Mango').

An advance payment of one night's room and tax is required within 10 days of booking a reservation and is applied to balance due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, money order or cashier's check. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be made by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners). No checks are accepted.

All reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will have a $15.00 cancellation fee deducted from the advance payment of one night's room and tax payment. All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advance payment. Monthly rentals require 30 day cancellation.
