All condominiums are spacious 440 sq. ft. efficiencies which include a queen bed and a sofa sleeper (or two beds), a kitchen and dining area, bath and walk-in closet. This complex is perfect for two to four individuals. The kitchens come equipped with sink, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware & dinnerware. All linens and towels provided and exchanged daily for your convenience.

We are within walking distance to the world's largest beachfront club, Club LaVela, as well as the Spinnaker, Emerald Falls Family Entertainment and Hammer Head Fred's. An advance payment of one night's room and tax is required within 10 days of booking a reservation and is applied to balance due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, money order or cashier's check. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be made by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners). No checks are accepted.

All reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will have a $15.00 cancellation fee deducted from the advance payment of one night's room and tax payment. All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advance payment. Monthly rentals require 30 day cancellation.
