Venture Out is a sprawling resort community at the east end of Thomas Drive, adjacent to St. Andrews State Park and often referred to as the quiet end of Thomas Drive. It is situated between The Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon. Venture out is a combination of frame built homes and recreational vehicle lots with many amenities and 300 feet of beachfront with sugar white sand.

This quaint three-bedroom house is located near the front of the community. The house is fully furnished and will sleep six people. This rental is perfect for families looking for a quiet vacation spot away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach.

Venture Out is full of fun things to do for both the young and young-at-heart with pools, tennis, playgrounds, basketball courts and much more available for your enjoyment. St. Andrews State Park has many wooded trails and is within walking distance. Fish off the jetties or you may even find yourself swimming with the dolphins. Come see for yourself!

An advance payment of one night's room and tax is required within 10 days of booking a reservation and is applied to balance due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, money order or cashier's check. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be made by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners). No checks are accepted.

All reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will have a $15.00 cancellation fee deducted from the advance payment of one night's room and tax payment. All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advance payment. Monthly rentals require 30 day cancellation.
