RENTAL PAYMENT & FEES:
? We welcome Checks, MasterCard and Visa. A 3.5% service fee applies if using credit card.
? If making your reservation within 30 days prior to arrival, it must be made by credit card.
? Upon receipt of security deposit, copy of drivers license and a signed and dated copy of the Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation will be emailed to tenant. Reservation is confirmed when deposit has cleared.
? Upon arrival the $400 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, tenant??s deposit will be returned within 14 business days of departure:
a) No damage is done to the property or its contents.
b) No linens or household items are missing or damaged.
c) Housekeeping has checked and assured condo is in good condition.
d) No early check-in or late check-out (unless approved by owner).
e) Adherence to all instructions in the Departure Instructions, including return of all swim bands, sets of keys or key cards , and parking passes. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR ANY MISSING ARM BANDS OF $3.00 EACH.
f) Proper adherence to ??no pet?? and ??no smoking?? requirements.
The property will be inspected subsequent to Tenant??s departure. Any loss and/or damage to the property will result in assessment against the $400 Damage Deposit for replacement value or repair costs. If such amount exceeds the $400 Damage Deposit, any additional cost will result in charges to Tenant??s credit card.

? Any cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit.
? Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless we can rebook the unit for the same dates at the same rental rates.
