If cancelled greater than 30 days before arrival, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged (unless you re-book for another time, then the fee will be waived)

If cancelled between 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation will be forfeited. If we were able to re-rent the unit for the same amount for that timeframe, then you would be only charged a $100 cancellation fee. In addition, if you choose to re-book for another time, then this fee would also be waived (in this case you would not lose any money). If we were not able to rent out that week, but you re-booked for another time, you would receive an additional 20% off for that stay.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be forfeited. If we were able to re-rent the unit for the same amount for that timeframe, then you would be only charged the $100 cancellation fee. In addition, if you choose to re-book for another time, then this fee would also be waived (in this case you would not lose any money). If we were not able to rent out that week, but you re-booked for another time, you would receive an additional 20% off for that stay.
In addition, early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
